Module of videoconference "Integra-VICONF"

One of the components of the dispersed office "Integra-S" is the module of videoconference, which allows lowering transport and other expenses considerably during the negotiations or team projects conducting, work with documents and video information, remote training and consultations.

Options:

• Audio and video information exchange between system users in real- time;
• Unlimited number of connected users;
• Dome cameras control, automatic capture of the user upon detection of definite kind of motion (change lips position, raising a hand etc.);
• Broadcasting video server mode - translation of previously captured files in the network;
• Transmission of the static video image and video records under discussion, video clips demonstration;
• Hierarchical system - subordinates can’t call the director; latent staff control;
• Automatic installation of a videoconference camera in a room protection mode, the option of current events recording being enabled. Video image can be sent to user’s mobile phone either upon his request or immediately after the moving has been detected;
• Any system configuration can be assembled, depending on the customer’s need.
  

How it works:

The program interface consists of the windows where the separate function program modules are displayed, e.g. the following ones: the address book, a local window with home video image, remote users, network statistics and others.

To start a dialogue, it is necessary to choose one or several users from the address book. After that, in a separate panel icons of the people available to dialogue will appear. Direct calls (directly to user’s IP address) are also supported.

To establish a videoconference between the remote locations, a broadband Internet connection is required. The speed of the channel is to be from 64 Kb/s up to 2 Mb/s, although sufficient quality of the video and audio streams could be provided by a less rapid channel. Both analog and WEB or IP cameras can be used, as well as already existing customer’s computer and multimedia equipment could be enabled.
