“Integra-passport”

Automatic registration of SKD documents This module is intended for input process automation and document processing, which is identifying the person (the passports, the driving licenses and etc), is making according the standard form and is printing on the stamp paper. It is provided an automatic document input, text recognition and graphic information separation, editing of the doubtful recognized margins and the transmission of reading information in “Integra-SKD” database.

Differentiation of access rights

For each user or group of users there are various conditions of access on territories of object depending on days, time of day and with the corresponding of their status.

Automation of access and users registration

Each visitor and the employee receive the constant, temporary or single access-card (identifier). The identification information of constant owner of card (passport data, a job, a photo, etc.), his access rights and the validity are brought in a database of system. The same database including a photo creates for owners of access-cards for visitors. All moving and time of stay are fixed in a database.

Identification

Various technologies are used for the user identification: the individual code typed on the keyboard, contactless plastic cards with a microchip (proximi-card), and biometric data. The input reader established in a point of pass, receives the identification information and transfers its security. Compare this information to the set access rights the security opens a point of pass or blocks it. In the case of unregistered access the computer gives refusal in access message with the instruction of the reason to the security. At any moment the security can interfere with work of system.

The interdiction of double passes (anti-pass back)

Repeated pass to the same door on the same card is impossible until this card will not be shown to the input reader of other door served by the same controller. This function set in program on a command of the central device.

Registration and archiving of events

All events (passes, the facts of devices operation, attempt of not authorized access, etc.) are fixed in non-volatile memory of the controller and a computer database. This information can be used for the analysis of non-staff situations and carrying out of investigations, making reports on infringements of a labour discipline, etc.

The automated account of working hours

Registration of arrival and leaving time of each employee and his moving round the object allows to conduct the automated account of working time, overtime, delay, infringements of the schedule, absence on a workplace, leaving from a workplace ahead of time, etc. For each employee personal parameters of the control of visiting in view of an operating schedule, days off, holidays, hospital are set.

Automation of clearing settlements

Access-control system allows automating calculations in places of paid services - the cultural-entertaining centers, sports and improving establishments, auto-parking, etc. It excludes abuse from the personnel and provides the reliable control over receipt of money resources. Moreover the system provides additional convenience to visitors, quality and speed of service.

Integration with surveillance video system

Installation of videocameras on check items allows keeping photos of all visitors in the moment of presentation of a card automatically. It is protection against transfer of the identifier to other person. In case of occurrence of the supernumerary situation photos of identifiers owners can be verified with real photos of persons.

Integration with the fire and burglary alarm system

System carries out automatic statement/removal from protection of premises. After all employees leaving the premise it automatically is put under protection. The first employee automatically removes a premise from protection. At threat of a fire exit will automatically be unblocked.

Integration with life-support systems

"Integra-SKD" is used for automation of life-support systems management, optimization of their work and maintenance of the set parameters of illumination, heating and air-conditioning. For example, when the working day is finished and last employee left a premise, systems of illumination and air-conditioning automatically pass in an economical mode. With arrival of the first employee the given systems automatically switch on.

The control and management of system

System can function in two modes: a network mode and an independent operating mode of the controller (for example, after switching-off of a computer, etc.). The network version allows to conduct the centralized supervision above points of pass, to give out disturbing messages to responsible divisions and to carry out remote control (for example, to block and open doors from a workplace of the operator directly).
