Global control system "Integra-S"

Creation of a global control system and protection of the large companies, transport infrastructure objects and strategically important objects are very important problems any Government faces with. We can solve these problems only by reviewing of all traditional management policies, based on the use of "alive force", and consequent switch to the new strategy. The new concept is embodied in the global distributed intellectual control system "Integra-S".

"Integra-S" system represents the unified information-operating structure joining together hundreds of objects. The integrated approach is in the basis of this system.

The integration is a revolutionary new approach in designing security and control systems. The main advantage is that all subsystems are interrelated: in reply to an event in one subsystem a corresponding action in another one happens. It is possible to set and configure necessary scripts of reaction of any complexity on various events, there being no restrictions on the description of interaction logic. Everything that is need on the concrete object could be described by means of the integrated security system. The system has a kind of intelligence, which allows to reveal potentially dangerous situations as well as to draw operator’s attention to them. It provides effective protection, minimization of human factor effect, and reduces expenses for introduction and maintenance of a complex.

Integration of subsystems

All security and object management subsystems are interrelated, and in reply to an event in one of them there is a response in another one. Integration at the program level provides flexibility when connecting different equipment, as well as and an opportunity of setting complex response algorithms. Applying special scripting language, it is now possible to define arbitrary complex system response to different events, and to create an event model.

The intellectual analysis of the incoming information

The system reveals potentially dangerous situations, draws operator’s attention to them and tracks his actions. Such an approach provides an on-line control over the object’s condition, abuses and mistakes of the staff being minimized.

The control of actions of the operator

The system supervises reaction of the operator and periodically carries out check of its vigilance. At regular time intervals the control line appears on the monitor of the duty operator. This line is demanding input of the operator’s identification code. If the code is not entered during a time target, the corresponding warning message will be sent to the chief of the security service. In case a system contingency is revealed, both the camera of the latent video surveillance and the microphone will register all the actions of the operator.

The convenient interface

Either on the monitor of a computer or on the screen of a mobile phone the user can choose a map of any country, the plan of a city, any interesting object on the plan of a city. He can receive the image from any camera, watch archive data, switch on or off any sensor or devise, etc. It allows operating all objects included in the system, being worldwide.

The hierarchy of distribution of the information

A kind of message hierarchy is set in the dispersed system. On appearance of a contingency, the information is transferred to the user according to the preset priorities and the level of his responsibility. For example, on the highest level (viz to the director) the most important messages are transferred only. Messages of average importance remain at the corresponding level of hierarchy and are not transferred to higher level. The multilevel structure allows distributing the data flow efficiently between divisions of the enterprises and to minimize volume of transferred information by that.

Registration of events

The information about system events, sensors operations, changes of parameters are recorded in special archives.

Data and warning messages transmission

Information about a condition of the object, the indications of devices, warning messages can be transferred on any communication channel via TCP/IP protocol into any point of the world upon request of an authorized user. The information, including warning messages and the video images, can be transferred to a cellular phone. It is possible to choose interesting cameras or devises and to receive the information from them; the transfer of warning messages can also be carried out by means of the SMS.

Modernization

In order to update and enhance the whole system it is enough to update the software and to add new modules into the system. This is the modularity of the system that is providing an opportunity of scaling and a change of a structure without significant expenses.
