About the director of company “Volgaspetsremstroy”
Kudelkin Vladimir Andreevich was born on the 14th of July, 1953 in Kemerovo, Russia. His father, Kudelkin Andrei Pavlovich, was born in 1918, he worked as a headmaster. His mother, Kartseva Alexandra Vasilievna, was born in 1927, she was the teacher of the Russian language in school. In 1970, Vladimir Andreevich graduated from a secondary school with honors.
In 1970 he entered the Kuibyshev Aircraft Institute (KUAI) on a radio electronics department. When he had become a sophomore, he began taking part in research works; he was elected the Chairman of Students’ Scientific Society from the 3rd year (SSS-5). During the study he took part in 11 scientific and technical conferences of Moscow Aircraft Institute, Moscow State Technical University, Leningrad Polytechnic Institute and others institutes of higher education in the USSR. Vladimir Andreevich - the participant of the Exhibition of national economy progresses (VDNH), the laureate of All-Russian exhibition etc.
In 1976 he had graduated from the Kuibishev Aircraft Institute with honors, his specialty being “Designing and Development of radio equipment”, and began to work as a master at TU-154 airplane assembly line. 3 months later Kudelkin’s group won the Challenge banner of the workshop. He was elected the member of VLKSM committee of the factory, and the chairman of the young specialists at the factory.
In 1977 Vladimir Andreevich was drafted to the armed forces at Russian Far East village Golenki, where he was adopted as the candidate of C.P.S.U. Since 1979 he was serving in the military registration and enlistment office system in Kuibyshev.
In 1983 Vladimir Andreevich entered the Frunze Academy, and graduated from it in 1986.
Since 1980 he was occupied in the system of country mobilization with use of computer machines. Since 1985-1986 he was the member of state commission of military registration and enlistment office computerization.
In 1996 he was discharged from the armed forces, his rank being lieutenant colonel. In 1996 Vladimir Andreevich had established his own company occupied with security systems development. At present he is the CEO of JSC “Volgaspetsremstroy” and the president of “Integra-s” Consortium.
In 2005 he was elected the full member of the World Academy of Sciences for Complex Security.
At the present day Vladimir Andreevich obtains 22 patents in the area of security systems, 11 gold medals at the international exhibitions and great number of diplomas.
In January 2006 he was rewarded the National security award “ZUBR”.
The family status: married, 2 daughters: Olga (was born in 1974), and Elena (was born in 1983).
